Willpower & determination

A Story of Resilience and Regeneration

Veronica Cirino was born in Brazil, in an environment where nature itself teaches the value of balance and adaptation. From an early age, she showed unbreakable determination — a fierce will to grow and overcome limits.

Driven by the dream of forging her own path, she emigrated to Italy as a young woman. Far from home, she faced challenges that shaped her character: working to finance her studies and living expenses was not just a necessity, but a test of resilience. Every obstacle became an opportunity to grow, developing the discipline and strength that would define her career.

She graduated in Biology at the University of Milan, a field that deepened her connection with nature and her commitment to regenerating life.

But her journey didn’t stop there. In 2008, she took on an even greater challenge: leading and rebuilding Atens, a biotechnology company facing a critical moment. As in her personal story, Veronica saw in crisis the seed of rebirth. With vision and strategy, she turned the company into a global benchmark for sustainable agricultural solutions based on biostimulation, nutrition, and plant protection.

Her leadership goes beyond scientific innovation; it’s rooted in ethics, responsibility and regeneration in every sense. Veronica doesn’t just transform agriculture — she inspires a new way of understanding business: one where respect for the land, people and the future are at the center.

Today, her vision is clear: to promote sustainable practices that ensure food security, abundance and quality of life for future generations. Her story is a testament to the fact that regeneration is possible — personally, environmentally, and in business. Veronica Cirino has not only overcome challenges; she has turned each of them into the seed of a more sustainable future.
